The Role

Appraise residential properties accurately by leveraging local market data and current trends.

Generate new instructions through proactive prospecting and networking within the community.

Manage the end-to-end sales process, including high-quality viewings and complex offer negotiations.

Coordinate with solicitors and surveyors to ensure a seamless progression toward exchange.

Build a consistent pipeline of business while maintaining a reputation for integrity and transparency.
Requirements

Demonstrable experience in residential sales or lettings within the London market.

Deep knowledge of the local geography and property valuation techniques.

Resilience and the ability to excel in a commission-weighted environment.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term landlord and vendor relationships.

Full UK driving license is preferred for property visits across the region.
