Job Details

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in an IT support or EUC role.

  • Proven ability to resolve technical issues and provide high-quality onsite support for internal users.

  • In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and the Microsoft 365 suite.

  • Experience managing the end-to-end IT onboarding process for new employees.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and support a diverse range of enterprise software applications.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders.

  • Commitment to working onsite at the Greater London office at least 4 days per week.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple technical support requests simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic and professional customer service.

  • Capacity to work effectively within a global corporate team environment.

  • Knowledge of IT support best practices and service level agreement (SLA) management.
