Job Details

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in an IT support or EUC role.

Proven ability to resolve technical issues and provide high-quality onsite support for internal users.

In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and the Microsoft 365 suite.

Experience managing the end-to-end IT onboarding process for new employees.

Ability to troubleshoot and support a diverse range of enterprise software applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders.

Commitment to working onsite at the Greater London office at least 4 days per week.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple technical support requests simultaneously.

Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic and professional customer service.

Capacity to work effectively within a global corporate team environment.

Knowledge of IT support best practices and service level agreement (SLA) management.
