The Opportunity

We have an opportunity to join our client, a family run business providing a variety of business products. They are looking for a Stock Administrator, working from the office as part of the wider, growing team.

Role Overview

The role will involve confirming and inputting new order details as well as locating and recording all stock items onto the system. The right candidate will have administration and communication skills but the right attitude and drive will be the most important aspect.

About You

You do not need any formal qualifications to be in the role, your natural people skills and desire to take ownership will be the best quality.

Other skills that will make you a great fit for this position are:

  • Excellent communication – oral and written

  • Ability to work alone or within a team

  • Computer skills, quick learner when it comes to technology

Daily Responsibilities

  • Liaising with colleagues via email and telephone

  • Uploading data onto the system.
