We are recruiting for a results-driven Paid Media Executive to join a market-leading B2B events organizer. Managing a multi-million-pound portfolio, you will execute sophisticated performance marketing strategies to drive high-value delegate acquisition across a series of international flagship summits.
The Role

Design and manage end-to-end paid social and search campaigns, primarily across LinkedIn and Google Ads.

Allocate and optimize significant budgets to maximize ROI and meet aggressive registration targets.

Implement rigorous A/B testing frameworks for ad copy and creative assets to improve conversion rates.

Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and CRM data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven experience managing paid media campaigns within a B2B or events environment.

High proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads is essential.
