We are recruiting for a results-driven Paid Media Executive to join a market-leading B2B events organizer. Managing a multi-million-pound portfolio, you will execute sophisticated performance marketing strategies to drive high-value delegate acquisition across a series of international flagship summits.

The Role

  • Design and manage end-to-end paid social and search campaigns, primarily across LinkedIn and Google Ads.

  • Allocate and optimize significant budgets to maximize ROI and meet aggressive registration targets.

  • Implement rigorous A/B testing frameworks for ad copy and creative assets to improve conversion rates.

  • Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and CRM data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the wider content team to ensure paid activity aligns with overall brand narratives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns within a B2B or events environment.

  • High proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads is essential.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and adjust tactics in real-time.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple event cycles simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with tracking pixels, tagging, and marketing automation tools.
