We are headhunting a commercially astute Senior Employer’s Agent to lead high-value residential and mixed-use developments across London. This role is designed for a veteran of the construction industry who can act as the definitive project guardian, bridging the gap between client vision and contractor execution. You will hold primary authority over major JCT Design and Build contracts, ensuring delivery excellence from pre-contract negotiations to final account settlement.
We are looking for a professional who thrives on the complexity of London’s built environment and possesses the technical weight to manage diverse stakeholder interests.
Strategic Deliverables

Lead the preparation and coordination of comprehensive Employer’s Requirements and contract documentation.

Execute rigorous contract administration, issuing formal instructions, notices, and payment certificates with absolute precision.

Chair progress meetings and conduct site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and adherence to benchmarks.

Manage complex change control procedures, providing robust analysis of variations and potential risks.

Orchestrate smooth project handovers, including snagging management and the certification of Practical Completion.
Requirements: Degree in Building Surveying or Construction Management, extensive JCT contract experience, and ideally MRICS or MCIOB status.
