We are seeking a commercially-minded HR Business Specialist to join Vodafone’s corporate operations in London. This role is pivotal in aligning people strategies with large-scale business objectives, acting as a key partner to department heads within a fast-evolving telecommunications environment.
The Role

Partner with senior leadership to design and implement organizational structures that drive operational agility.

Requirements

Extensive experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist within a large, matrixed corporate environment.

Deep knowledge of UK employment law and a proven ability to manage multifaceted workplace issues.
