The Role

  • Partner with senior leadership to design and implement organizational structures that drive operational agility.

  • Lead complex employee relations cases, providing expert guidance that balances legal compliance with company values.

  • Execute talent management initiatives to identify high-potential employees and secure the future leadership pipeline.

  • Utilize HR analytics to identify workforce trends and propose data-driven solutions for retention and engagement.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist within a large, matrixed corporate environment.

  • Deep knowledge of UK employment law and a proven ability to manage multifaceted workplace issues.

  • Strategic thinker with the confidence to challenge stakeholders and influence decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to navigate a high-pressure, global organization.

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR certification.
